I haven't been able to get the words out. i still can't i want to write and talk about my experience with American Airlines but i just cant get it out im so mad. everything is bottled up right now and i cant find the strength to let it out. i spoke a lot of it on FB but i cant seem to formulate the words to describe what a shitty time i have been having. Hopefully i can soon.
